I’m not leaving, but I am moving… ish
Just a quick announcement:
I’ve launched an additional blog at http://www.MeditationTruth.com
Some of you may know that I had a 30+ year meditation practice that I gave up cold turkey one day (the story of why is at http://www.meditationtruth.com/a-modern-look-at-meditation-how-to-meditate-and-meditating-science/) and then ended up developing the Instant Advanced Meditation Course.
Well, to add a bit of focus to meditation, I started MeditationTruth.com
I’m hoping that my sideways look at meditation begins a bigger conversation about meditation practices, the goals and benefits of meditation, and the science (or lack thereof) of meditation.
In fact, if you check out the site and want to contribute, you’ll find a link to use to do so! I want lots of people in on the conversation.
Oh, and so you know, I’ve set up the site to “grow” over the next month. I’ve got about 60 articles in the queue with new content posting every day.
